If you are in the EU or the UK, you can return a stock item within 14 days of receiving it. This is a return after delivery, not a cancellation before the order ships.

Made-to-order and personalized items, including pieces with a custom name, are exempt from this 14-day return right.

Return shipping is your responsibility. Any customs duties and taxes on the return shipment are also yours. Please mark the shipping form so those charges are billed to you, not to us.
