Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Treasures From Jennifer! Here’s how shipping works for our orders.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated during checkout when you enter your address.

Processing and turnaround

We make everything ourselves, so turnaround times vary. Orders typically ship anywhere from one day to about two weeks, depending on whether the items are already stocked and ready or need to go through production.

Holiday seasons can take a little longer, though we try to stock our most popular items ahead of time. Custom pieces like name puzzles or name tracing boards usually take a few extra days since they are always made to order.

If you need something by a certain date, email treasuresfromjennifer@gmail.com to ask whether it can arrive in time, or leave a note in your cart telling us when you need it delivered.

Rush and overnight shipping

If you need rush or overnight shipping and that option doesn’t appear in the shopping cart, email us and we can bill those shipping charges separately.

Insurance

Shipments include standard insurance of up to $100 for loss or damage. If you’d like higher coverage, email treasuresfromjennifer@gmail.com to request it before we ship.

Incorrect addresses and packages returned to sender

If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, the buyer is responsible for retrieving the package from that address. If the package is returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to send it again to the corrected address.

The same applies if a package is returned to sender and you weren’t aware of it — shipping costs to send it out again (to the same address or a new one) are the buyer’s responsibility.

International shipping, duties, and taxes

We mainly use FedEx for international shipments. What you pay us at checkout is for shipping only.

Duties, taxes, and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility. These are charged separately and billed to you before delivery. Any additional amount FedEx charges after shipment (such as a broker fee and related taxes) is also the buyer’s responsibility.
