A beautiful, heirloom, solid hardwood numbers puzzle for learning through play. The numbers will be blocks for the youngest children, a shape to stack and build with. As the child's curiosity increases, they'll learn to identify the numbers by their names and value, placing them in correct order on the base or using individually and collecting items of that number with it. Further your learning by sorting odd and even numbers and practicing counting and math. Use in play dough as stamps. Fill the base with dry beans, wool balls, colored rice. Really be creative with this piece, since it is so much more than just a puzzle.
