This Memory Heart sits quietly nearby as a gentle reminder of a loved one still in our midst. The concept of its design and meaning were shared with us as a custom request for someone who experienced a miscarriage. The larger heart suggests the mother and the inner heart is the child.

These hearts can also represent loved ones living apart, children going off to college, traveling, or working away from home. It can be for family members no longer with us or the celebration of a pregnancy. For whichever meaning you add to the heart, we hope it brings comfort and we are honored to make these for you. 

The heart rests on its side for display. Each heart is crafted from walnut wood. If you would like a printed message on it, simply enter the name or phrase you'd like printed onto it in the Custom Request area. It will be printed in blank ink, which will be readable but yet blend in with the walnut so as not to overwhelm the look of the piece.
